Due to COVID-19, we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed. Due to the COVID-19 crisis we will not be accepting returns or exchanges until further notice. All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority
Orders typically take up to 3-4 business day to be processed. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day.
We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Kstyles Kouture offers free shipping on Domestic orders over $100 using code "FREE SHIPPING''.
- All merchandise is shipped via U.S Postal Service and will take up to 3-7 business days to receive when shipped.
- Tracking numbers are sent to Customers email address that is provided.
- Please allow your order to be processed with in 1-3 business days after payment is approved.
- Kstyles Kouture do not offer refunds but has a Exchange Only policy.
- We offer SITE/STORE CREDIT. It is required that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (561)506-1088 between the hours of 9.00am - 6.00 pm within 24 hours of purchased or shipped items
- Items should be returned for EXCHANGE ONLY online or in store within 2 days of purchased with all tags attached and the original receipt of purchased.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Grooming products such as bodysuits, jewelry or swimwear are not illegible for exchange for health/hygienic reasons
- Items are returned at customers expense and a restocking fee of 15% of the original price will be charge to customers UNLESS its our fault why items are being returned.
- we reserve the rights to not issue credit or accept returns if items are returned outside the scope of our returned policy
